CAIR-ChicagoÕs Litigation Director Kevin Vodak recently won a citizenship denial case for a Muslim American whose citizenship application had been denied by USCIS. The suit was originally filed in October 2011 in the Illinois Northern District Court in Chicago, Ill. |
